The American Heart Association suggests the population with hypertension increased overnight, are you one of them?

The American Heart Association and The American College of Cardiology published new guidelines for Blood Pressure, which is now affecting a large volume of the population. Now anyone with 130/80 is considered to have hypertension, when previously the threshold was 140/90. This means that the population with Hypertension went from 32% to 46% overnight. There are ways to prevent and treat hypertension.
