Returns:

30-Day Return Policy: This policy is effective only at the original point of purchase. If your system does not physically produce an adequate erection, for proper protocol please call 305-699-3101 or email us at info@onemedsolutions.com. You will then need to speak with one of our consultants for assistance.

Return Authorization may only be permitted within 30 days from date of receipt. Proof of purchase is required and the return must be to the point of purchase. In order for you to return your system, your consultant must issue a Return Authorization number (RGA#). If authorized, you must return all components and booklets to the point of purchase. Any system returned to our manufacturing facility without a Return Authorization number will be refused and returned to sender without a refund being processed. Upon authorization of return, only the cost of the system will be refunded, not the shipping and handling.
